Fee questions
What owners usually ask
What happens in a month without rental revenue?
The percentage management fee is calculated on collected rental revenue. If no rental revenue is collected, there is no percentage fee, although approved direct costs may still apply.
Does the percentage change with seasonality?
The agreed percentage does not move up and down with seasonality. It changes only if the commercial scope is formally revised.
Are extra works started automatically?
No. Optional cleaning, furnishing, repairs or procurement projects require an agreed scope and owner approval before work begins.
How do I see the monthly calculation?
The owner receives a monthly PDF statement showing rental income, documented expenses, the management fee and the resulting owner proceeds.
Can I still use my apartment?
Yes. Personal stays can be planned within the availability and notice rules set in the management agreement, so confirmed reservations are protected.
